With 24 years of experience, Dr. Chad specializes in sports injuries and lower back pain, always focusing on getting to the root cause, choosing the right tools, and ultimately changing lives. His straightforward, patient-centered approach is grounded in both expertise and empathy, empowering patients to return to the activities they love.

For Dr. Brant Riegel, chiropractic care is personal. After experiencing the benefits firsthand as a child recovering from a back injury, he was inspired to dedicate his career to helping others move, heal, and thrive. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Eastern Illinois University and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University, and he is Webster Certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association (ICPA). His passion lies in pediatrics and family wellness, ensuring patients of all ages stay active, healthy, and happy.

Dr. Riegel’s philosophy is simple: keep patients moving, well, and smiling so they can fully enjoy the fun in life. With 12 years of experience, he brings a blend of expertise, energy, and good humor (including plenty of dad jokes) to every patient interaction.

When he’s not in the clinic, Dr. Riegel treasures time with his family. Together they train and compete in Taekwondo, dive into Roblox adventures, and make lasting memories. His theme song, Eye of the Tiger, reflects both his drive and his upbeat outlook. His superpower? A perfect balance of high energy and humor that makes every visit a little brighter.

Her journey into chiropractic was inspired by a desire to help people heal without relying on pain medication. With kindness and understanding at the center of her approach, Dr. Fey helps patients restore balance, reduce discomfort, and feel confident in their body’s ability to heal.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys walks with her dog, relaxing evenings watching TV with her husband, and indulging her love of theater. Her superpower? Humor—using laughter to put patients at ease and make every visit more comfortable.

Tracy Winkelmann is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping patients achieve better health through a natural, holistic approach. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pennsylvania State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University, where she became an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. With eight years of nursing experience, Tracy blends evidence-based medicine with compassionate, hands-on care to support her patients’ overall well-being.

Her approach to patient care is rooted in treating the whole person—body, mind, and lifestyle—while empowering patients to take an active role in their health journey. Tracy is passionate about guiding families toward balanced, lasting wellness through education, prevention, and individualized support.

Outside the clinic, Tracy enjoys reading fiction, spending time outdoors, and relaxing on the front porch. Her calm, steady presence—both her personal superpower and her professional strength—helps patients feel at ease and confident in their care.

Martha Noelker, LPN

Martha Noelker brings both skill and heart to her role as an LPN, where her focus is helping patients feel their very best—inside and out. A graduate of Stephens College, Washington School of Practical Nursing, and Empire Medical Training, Martha has specialized training in hormone replacement therapy, IV treatments, medical weight loss, and whole-body wellness care.

What drew Martha to this clinic was its unique, multi-service approach, giving her the ability to support patients with personalized care that meets them where they are. Her guiding philosophy: help patients feel like their best self and comfortable in their own skin.

Outside of work, Martha enjoys simple, restorative moments—like watching a summer sunset from the porch or sipping hot tea by the fire in winter. Known for bringing motivation, laughter, and smiles to everyone around her (with a touch of “invisibility” as her secret superpower), Martha’s energy makes a lasting impact. If her life had a soundtrack, it would be a mix of Material Girl and Dancing Queen—playful, confident, and full of life.

With over 22 years in practice, Dr. Brett Mehringer brings both experience and passion to help patients move and feel their best. A graduate of Indiana State University and Logan College of Chiropractic, he is also certified in Cranial Facial Release and Applied Kinesiology. His areas of focus include relieving headaches, breathing issues, supporting knee health, and treating lower back pain—always with the goal of helping patients return to the activities they love.

Dr. Brett chose chiropractic because of his lifelong fascination with the human body—its complexity, resilience, and ability to heal. His care philosophy is simple yet powerful: an omni approach that creates a true “one-stop shop” for patient wellness. He is a proud member of the American Chiropractic Association and the Missouri Chiropractic Association.
